This is the time of year when I just love soups. So when I received an invitation to take the JSL Foods Fortune Udon Noodle Soup Recipe Challenge, I thought, “Hey, that sounds like fun”. My family loves udon noodles anyway so I thought I might as well create my own udon noodle soup to enter. I just love the way my easy chicken udon noodle soup recipe turned out so I have my fingers crossed to win! It is savory and a bit spicy and a bit sour and it really seems to play with all your taste buds at once while delivering a warming comfort food.
